About Purrs & Paws in Paris

Our mission began with four tiny, furry kittens found inside a trash compactor — no mother in sight and no clear path forward.

We took a chance and brought them home, unsure of what the outcome would be. Our only intention was to nourish them back to health and take them to a shelter once they were strong enough.

But as days turned into nights filled with feedings, warmth, and care, something changed.

Those four kittens didn’t just survive — they transformed us.

What started as a temporary act of compassion became a lifelong commitment. They turned us into true kitten advocates, igniting a passion for rescuing, loving, and protecting vulnerable kittens who need a safe place to land.

Today, Purrs & Paws in Paris Kitten Rescue exists to help paws in need through rescue, foster care, and adoption — one tiny life at a time.
